General Description:

Seeking an experienced AM (additive manufacturing) process technician to fully execute the printing process using Seurat’s proprietary metal 3D printer. The ideal candidate demonstrates a great sense of responsibility, flexibility, and comprehensive capability to operate a printer to produce parts, monitor and adjust the printing process, post-process AM parts, manage printing supplies, and upkeep production equipment. The AM process technical work closely with process engineers, design engineers, and technologists in cross-functional environment.

Qualifications:

Understand and execute work orders.

Configure and operate sophisticated industrial material processing equipment.

Monitor and adjust printing process and document equipment and process issues.

Manage printing supplies.

Conduct basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.

Effective verbal and written communications skills.

Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

Associate degree or B.S. in engineering.

10+ years of experience in engineering and/or manufacturing-related field.

Up to 15% travel need.

Up to 25% off-hours coverage needed.

Preferred Experiences:

Experience in metal material processing.

Experience in operating sophisticated industrial equipment.

Experience in L-PBF (laser powder bed fusion) process is highly preferred.

Experience in commonly used metal (ferrous and nonferrous) materials is preferred.
